REGISTRATION  FOR  FALL  2008

ST. GREGORY THE GREAT PRE-SCHOOL

Registration for St. Gregory the Great Pre-School will be

held in the school gym on
Tuesday, January 15, 2008, at 9:30 a.m.

There are openings for

A.M. and P.M. Tuesday/Thursday class for 3 year olds
(9:00-11:30 / 12:30-3:00)

A.M.  Monday/Wednesday/Friday class for 4 year olds
(9:00-11:30)

EXTENDED DAY  Monday/Wednesday/Friday class for 4 year olds
(9:00-2:00)

The following are required to register your child:
Copy of Birth Certificate or
Copy of Baptismal Certificate
Copy of updated Immunization Record

Non-refundable Registration Fee of  $75.00

Age Requirements:

Children registering for the 3’s program must be 3 years old
by October 1, 2008

Children registering for the 4’s program must be 4 years old
by December 31, 2008

Children must be completely potty-trained.
