Snow Day Information

We follow the Danbury Public School closings in case of inclement weather. Please avoid calling the school or the rectory and listen to the following radio stations for complete information:

AM 80.0 - WLAD
AM 94.0 - WINE
FM 95.1 - i95
FM 98.3 - 98Q

Local TV Networks:

WFSB - Channel 3
WVIT  - Channel 6
WTNH - Channel 8

After-school activities are cancelled on snow days.

School Closing Information
If the school is to close early for any reason, notification will be made by radio. Please listen carefully to your local station and try to avoid calling the office or the rectory.



  1. All students will be let off in the upper parking lot and walk down to the
    entrance of the school.For the safety of our children, St Gregory’s has a “Mom’s Patrol” for arrivals and dismissal.These parents are stationed in the parking lot, and drivers are asked to follow the directions of the patrol.

  2. Only faculty cars will park in the lower lot.

  3. All visitors will park in the upper lot and walk down to the entrance way.

  4. On Tuesdays, Seniors will park in the lower lot. Seniors arrive after buses and leave before buses.

  5. Pre-K parents will drive slowly behind parked cars(away from the building) to the back entrance and leave the same way.



GIRLS UNIFORM • GRADES 1-4
• Uniform Jumper or Uniform Slacks with Uniform Vest.
• Long or short sleeve white blouse with pointed collar.
• Navy blue lettered St Gregory sweatshirt.
• Navy blue knee high socks or leotards.
• Dark colored school shoe (rubber soled).

GIRLS UNIFORM • GRADES 5-8
• Uniform skirt or Uniform slacks.
• Long or short sleeve white blouse with pointed collar.
• Navy blue uniform vest.
• Navy blue knee high socks or leotards.
• Navy blue lettered St Gregory sweatshirt.
• Dark colored school shoe (rubber soled).

NO OTHER SWEATER OR SWEATSHIRT MAY BE WORN-
ONLY THE ST GREGORY UNIFORM SWEATSHIRT!

BOYS UNIFORM • GRADES 1-8
• Solid navy blue slacks.
• White polo shirt-short or long sleeve.
• Navy blue lettered St Gregory sweatshirt.
• Navy blue socks.
• Dark colored shoes (rubber soles).

NO OTHER SWEATER OR SWEATSHIRT MAY BE WORN-
ONLY THE ST GREGORY UNIFORM SWEATSHIRT!
